In order to establish long term business relations with our respected customers, combstar should explain warranty terms in advance, following is the details:

1.Our QC team will inspect the product carefully and ensure the defective rate is zero before sending the goods to you,if there are defective ones when you receive the goods and it is our fault,we will change the new ones for you.

2.Generally speaking,our warranty is 1 year,if there are the defective ones happening from your end-users, you can send RMA to us together, we will repair them for you for free.

3.We can give 2% spare parts to our customer for free,if so,1 year warranty will not valid.

4.Please note our address for RMA is in HK,not our shenzhen factory,please confirm HK address with us before sending RMA back to us.

5.You should bear the freight from end-user to our HK address,we will send RMA back to you after finishing repairing them within 1 month.

Note: If you need other additional warranty terms,please talk with combstar,we will try to meet you on the basis of mutual understanding.
